Submit research outputs for curation

Once your output is ready for submission the author or administrator submits it for capturing through a dedicated interface, along with a completed Authorship Sign-off form, a copy of the output and the required evidence as specified for that indicator – all in pdf format.

Research Outputs are audited– please have the required evidence ready to support your submission.

Required evidence documents

  • Journal articles
    • Completed Authorship Sign-off form
    • A copy of the journal article
  • Chapters in books
    • Completed Authorship Sign-off form
    • A copy of the chapter
    • A letter of peer review from the publisher or a copy of the title page where it refers to the peer review process
  • Monographs (books)
    • Completed Authorship Sign-off form
    • A copy of the chapter
    • A letter of peer review from the publisher or a copy of the title page where it refers to the peer review process
  • Client/research reports
    • Completed Authorship Sign-off form
    • A copy of the client/research report – even if it is confidential
    • An email of approval from the client or the executive of the unit
  • All other output categories can be submitted with:
    •  An Authorship Sign-off form; and
    • A copy of the output
