Submit research outputs for curation
Once your output is ready for submission the author or administrator submits it for capturing through a dedicated interface, along with a completed Authorship Sign-off form, a copy of the output and the required evidence as specified for that indicator – all in pdf format.

Research Outputs are audited– please have the required evidence ready to support your submission.
Required evidence documents
- Journal articles
- Completed Authorship Sign-off form
- A copy of the journal article
- Chapters in books
- Completed Authorship Sign-off form
- A copy of the chapter
- A letter of peer review from the publisher or a copy of the title page where it refers to the peer review process
- Monographs (books)
- Completed Authorship Sign-off form
- A copy of the chapter
- A letter of peer review from the publisher or a copy of the title page where it refers to the peer review process
- Client/research reports
- Completed Authorship Sign-off form
- A copy of the client/research report – even if it is confidential
- An email of approval from the client or the executive of the unit
- All other output categories can be submitted with:
- An Authorship Sign-off form; and
- A copy of the output
