Mr Enathi Motolwana is a Senior Geospatial Analyst in the Geospatial Analytics Unit of the eResearch Knowledge Centre at the Human Sciences Research Council. He holds a BSc(Hons) in Geoinformatics and is currently pursuing his MSc, both from the University of Pretoria. Enathi started his career at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) as a junior Geospatial Data Scientist in the Modelling and Digital Science department. Before he joined the HSRC, he assumed the role of Geographic Information Systems Specialist at NTG Solutions where he worked mainly in the built environment space, developing data analytics for the private and public sector. He has worked in projects for organizations including ESKOM, SA Weather Service, StatsSA, and Dept. of Human Settlements. His areas of interest include spatial analysis, data analytics, database administration and visualization. On the weekends, Enathi enjoys playing and watching sports (mainly golf, soccer, rugby), travelling and spending time with loved ones.
