Ms Frieda Billson is the eResources Specialist at the eRKC that holds a B.IS (Hons) degree from the University of Pretoria. She is responsible for the management of electronic resources that includes budget and access management, usage/collection analysis of the library’s eResources collection. As part of her portfolio, she is also responsible for impact assessment and the technical support of the Library Management System called Worldshare. She started her career at the University of Pretoria working in the evenings to assist students with Information needs. From 2003 – 2010 she worked as a subscription agent at Swets before commencing her career at the HSRC.
