Shingirirai Muzondo (Shingi) is currently a Principal Information Consultant at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) in the eResearch Knowledge Centre (eRKC). She holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science, majoring in Knowledge Management, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate. She has experience working in the research and information management environment. Her current duties include research support; information resources support; collection development; impact assessment; information literacy training; marketing; networking and professional development; participation in the eRKC committee activities; risk and compliance management; and identifying policies or revising workflow processes. Amongst her achievements are 3 publications, she was a SAIIA United Nations Model Adjudicator and is currently a publications reviewer for the Mousaion South African Journal of Information Studies. Shingi is a hard worker and strives for excellence in all she does.
