Training - Information Services

The Information Services unit offers free training for all HSRC staff.

Please keep an eye on "What's new in the eRKC" for scheduled workshops on our resources and services. The scheduled training workshops are also marketed via the Friday Bulletin and through your information consultants.

You are most welcome to request training - either for your unit or individually - as the need arises.  We offer training on the following topics:

• How to use the wide range of information resources available
• Sourcing specific literature and documents 
• Conducting similarity checks through iThenticate
• How to use Mendeley
• Potentially fake publishers and conferences
• Assistance with ORCID profiles
• Assistance with Google Scholar profiles
